Colour accuracy disclaimer

Please read before ordering

We make every effort to photograph our fabrics accurately, but please be aware that the colours you see on screen may differ from the actual product. Variations can occur due to differences in screen brightness, colour calibration, monitor or device settings, studio lighting conditions during photography, and image compression introduced during upload or download. Slight colour differences for these reasons are not considered defects and do not qualify for a return or refund. We strongly recommend ordering a fabric swatch before placing a large order if colour accuracy is critical for your project.

 Fabric by the yard / meter

We take pride in the quality of every bolt we carry. Uncut fabric in its original condition may be returned within 5 days of delivery or purchase. Once fabric has been cut to your requested length, it becomes a final sale and is not eligible for return or refund — except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.

  • Fabric must be uncut, unwashed, and free of odours or alterations.
  • Original receipt or order confirmation required.
  • Cut fabric returns accepted only if a defect is reported within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Colour variation due to screen or photography differences is not a valid return reason.

 

Custom & stitched orders

All custom-stitched and made-to-order garments are final sale. Because these items are created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives with a defect or error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right at no additional cost to you.

 

Defective or damaged items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not as described, we sincerely apologise. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a full refund, replacement, or store credit — whichever you prefer. Note: colour variation due to screen, lighting, or image quality differences does not constitute a defect.

 

 

How to initiate a return

  • Contact us via email or phone with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide a return authorisation and shipping instructions within 1–2 business days.
  • Pack the item securely. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
  • Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

 

Non-returnable items

  • Cut or measured fabric (any length)
  • Custom-stitched or made-to-order garments
  • Opened consumable accessories (pins, adhesives, threads that have been used)
  • Items returned solely on the basis of colour variation from screen display
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
