Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders will be packed and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order. Orders placed on public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Domestic Shipping

  • Within Kerala: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Other Indian states: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
  • Domestic orders are shipped through DTDC or India Post, depending on the destination and service availability.

Domestic Shipping Charges

  • Within Kerala: ₹100 for orders up to 10 metres, plus ₹10 for every additional metre above 10 metres.
  • Other Indian states: ₹150 for orders up to 10 metres, plus ₹10 for every additional metre above 10 metres.
  • The final shipping charge will be displayed during checkout.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped through DHL.

Middle East/GCC Shipping Charges

For the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain, shipping is ₹2,500 for orders up to 10 metres, plus ₹1,500 for each additional started 10-metre block. The final shipping charge is calculated and collected during checkout.

Estimated delivery after dispatch is 5–8 business days.

Other International Shipping Charges

A ₹1 temporary international shipping deposit is collected during checkout. After an international order is placed, our customer service team will calculate the DHL shipping charge using the destination, package weight and dimensions and contact the customer. The ₹1 deposit will be deducted from the final DHL shipping charge.

The order will be dispatched only after the additional shipping balance has been paid. Shopify will send an updated invoice with a secure payment link after the shipping fee is added to the order.

If the shipping balance is not paid within 48 hours of the invoice being sent, or if the customer declines the shipping quotation, the order will be cancelled and the product payment refunded to the original payment method.

Estimated delivery after dispatch is 1–2 weeks to Europe and the United States.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges imposed by the destination country must be paid by the recipient.

Tracking

Tracking details will be shared after the order has been dispatched, wherever tracking is available.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur because of courier operations, customs clearance, public holidays, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Please use our website chat immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.
