  • Colours may vary from what is displayed on screen due to monitor settings, lighting during photography, and image compression. This is not a defect.
  • Fabric textures and weave patterns may appear slightly different in person.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without notice.
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Orders & payments

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

  • Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
  • We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other methods available at checkout.
  • In the event of a payment failure, your order will not be processed. Please retry or contact us for assistance.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
  • If an order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

All prices on our website are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional offers, discount codes, and sale prices are valid only for the specified period and cannot be applied retrospectively to past orders. Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

6. Shipping & delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of confirmed payment. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier partner.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

7. Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Key highlights:

  • Returns accepted within 5 days of delivery for eligible items in original condition.
  • Cut fabric, custom/stitched orders, and opened accessories are non-returnable.
  • Colour variation due to screen display or photography is not a valid reason for return.
  • Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographs.
